1. Patron agrees to supply caterer with accurate directions, where necessary and with FINAL COUNT NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE FUNCTION.

 

2. The balance is due by the conclusion of your event (3 days before by certified check/cash for private clients).  Additional billing, if any, will be billed separately with a predetermined credit card account.

 

3. Patron will assume all costs, if any, of on-site trash removal.

 

4. This agreement is not assignable or transferable
